Delivery Information
Custom police patches are manufactured after design approval. The timeframe for making the patches is separate from the time the delivery service takes to bring them to you.
How long does it take to make my patches?
Our advertised standard dispatch timeframe is 10–14 working days after the order is ready for production. Production readiness normally means we have received required payment, your final digital-proof approval and any necessary proof of permission to use official insignia. Weekends and UK public holidays are not counted as working days.
Highly detailed artwork, revisions, specialist construction or unusually large quantities may require a different lead time, which we will explain in your quotation or order confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
Our published service covers addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including force and unit premises, businesses and residential addresses. BFPO delivery may be possible where accepted for the shipment and agreed in advance. Please confirm any access restrictions, gatehouse instructions or special delivery requirements at quotation stage.
Are postage charges included?
The delivery method, cost and any applicable taxes will be set out in your written quotation before you agree to place the order. We will not add undisclosed delivery charges after checkout or order acceptance. If you request a special or expedited service, its availability and price must be agreed before payment.
When will I receive tracking details?
Where the agreed shipment uses a tracked carrier, we will send the tracking reference or tracking link when it becomes available. A dispatch confirmation is not a guarantee that the carrier will deliver on the same day. [VERIFY COURIER NAME AND SUPPORT PROCESS] before publication.
What if my delivery is late or missing?
If an estimated date passes without delivery, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order reference and delivery address. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. For consumer sales, we will meet applicable legal obligations concerning delivery and remedies for non-delivery, including any specific delivery date agreed as essential to the contract.
What if a parcel arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging if it is safe to do so. Send us the order reference, a description of the damage and photographs if available. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your consumer rights are not affected by a failure to take photos or report damage within an arbitrary short window.
Shipping outside the UK
Our standard information is for UK orders. If you require an overseas delivery, contact us before placing the order to confirm whether it is offered and, if so, the total costs, customs responsibilities and delivery arrangements. Do not assume international shipping is available by default.
